With over 17 years of on-the-job experience, most of which have been in management, implementing strategies, and training for ultimate success of both private and public entities; I have gained well-rounded skill sets that include but are not limited to first-rate analytical and problem-solving abilities, proficiency at meeting and exceeding benchmarks, and delivering exceptional results, all of which have ensured:

One such educational program is the education program launched at the Department of Immigration that trained corporate Grand Bahama on the policies and procedures of the Department while introducing and offering guidance to navigate the agency’s digital platform. In addition to my experience, I have a firm educational background and a drive for maintaining efficient and profitable operations. My standard is excellence! As an experienced manager who values adaptability, I am a skilled administrator, team player, and change agent. I was useful in all of my previous roles because of my background in systems and workflow creation, which ensures efficiency while generating favourable financial results. Thus, I felt it was appropriate to start a training company in order to impart my practical experience, academic background along with official training.”
